Hospice Support Services

Provided by Creston Valley Hospice Society

Provides support for terminally ill patients and their families.
The Creston Valley Hospice Society is made up of a group of trained volunteers dedicated to provide free compassionate emotional support to terminally ill patients; to their families and friends; in the home, hospital or care facility; during and after the end of the loved one's life.

They also offer a growing library with a variety of books on hospice, grieving, and palliative care for both adults and children available for loan.

Creston Valley Hospice Society also offers volunteer opportunities. If you would like to become a volunteer, please print and complete these documents.
